Initial Conversation
In this initial interaction with your finance broker, we will explore your circumstances, requirements, and goals related to obtaining a loan. This stage serves as an opportunity to understand your specific situation and the motivations driving your need for financing.
Return application & supporting documents
Supporting documents are essential for a precise evaluation.
After you have chosen Finance Avail as your broker, we will request that you fill out our Fact Find. Additionally, we will need supporting documents, including your identification, pay slips, and bank statements. Providing all necessary documents at once enables us to deliver a swift and accurate assessment.
Preliminary assessment
We evaluate potential issues related to lending once we receive your application and supporting documents, allowing us to conduct a thorough preliminary assessment of your financial situation. This detailed evaluation helps us pinpoint any lending-related concerns and determine your borrowing capacity. Our brokers will then identify suitable lenders and compare loan options to find the most favorable interest rates. Following this assessment, the broker will provide you with two or three loan recommendations for your consideration.
Submit to a lender
We will submit your application to the lender once you select the loan option that suits your requirements. At this point, we will request any final documents and ask you to sign the lender’s privacy form. While waiting for these documents, we will prepare and upload your application into the lender’s system, highlighting its strengths to meet the lender's criteria. After receiving all necessary materials, we will submit your application and email your supporting documents.
